Natural Heritage Status:
The park is famous for its seven-level cascading waterfalls.
Sg Mempelam from Gunung Inas flows through the park.
The park situated within Gunung Inas Forest Reserve.
Evidence of ancient geological formation at the cascading waterfalls need more research. It could be from Cambrian age. Possible finding includes rock debris and fossils.
There is a herb garden within the park.

Pantai Robina @ Penang
Information
Taman Rekreasi Pantai Robina terletak di Teluk Air Tawar, lebih kurang 15 km dari Butterworth dan kira-kira 25 km dari Sungai Petani serta berdekatan dengan Pangkalan Tentera Udara Diraja Malaysia (TUDM).
Taman ini mempunyai pelbagai kemudahan seperti surau, dewan, gerai
berkonsepkan terbuka serta tandas untuk membersihkan diri. Kemudahan
yang disediakan sesuai untuk semua golongan kerana terdapat juga laluan
refleksiologi, pejabat Majlis Belia Daerah, Tapak Sukan Ekstrem Rakan
Muda, Pusat Latihan Rekreasi dan Sukan Air bagi latihan kayak, wall
climbing serta gimnasium mini.

Anti-Cancer
The combination of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agents found in
strawberries is well-known to fight against the onset of many different
forms of cancer. Thanks to the vitamin C, folate, and the flavonoids

or more servings of strawberries (and other fruits) per day can decrease
the possibility of contracting age-related macular degeneration by over

vitamin C, an effective antioxidant that can help lower blood pressure,
ensure a healthy immune system, and ward off the development of
age-related ocular diseases, such as cataracts and macular degeneration.

One cup of strawberries contains 21% of manganese, an essential nutrient
that acts as a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. By
increasing the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the enzyme
responsible for protecting mitochonrdria exposed to oxygen, manganese
not only helps to fight the battle against free radicals and oxidative
stress, but also lessens cellular inflammation -- another cause of
numerous cardiovascular diseases.
